Processing & Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing and Shipping times for commissioned or hand finished ocean art pieces will be discussed and agreed at the start of the project.

Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer domestic and international shipping with standard and express options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected service.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Shipping times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Packaging & Sustainability
We take great care in packaging our ocean-inspired artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly, plastic free and recyclable materials to reduce our environmental impact.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as needed. For lost shipments, please reach out, and we will assist in locating your package or filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our ocean art, all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
