Artwork Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or defects.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

Workshop Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days before a workshop will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of a workshop are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit for a future session at our discretion.

  • If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund or report an issue, email hellowildanwave@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
